Tomasz Jakubczak

Tomasz Jakubczak

I began my adventure with Bejot in 1999 as a locksmith. Later, a proposal related to handling a welding robot appeared and I used this opportunity at the same time taking up a job position of the foreman. In 2016, my commitment was appreciated and I was promoted to a production manager. Throughout an entire period of my work at Bejot, the company supported me in acquiring new skills and improving my occupational qualifications.

Marcin Durzyński

Marcin Durzyński

I started my career at Bejot in 2012 as an ISO Management Representative and then I was promoted to the Production Manager. All the time I wanted to improve the both mine and my employees' work. I supported the improvement of production processes and the implementation of new products. My enthusiasm and commitment were noticed and appreciated, so I was entrusted with managing all production and I was promoted me to the Production Director.
