Flathouse acoustic booths are designed with modern office spaces in mind—environments that demand a tailored approach to design. Their minimalist form allows for seamless integration into a wide range of interior concepts, especially in spaces where build height and visual consistency are key. A broad range of color and equipment configuration options makes it easy to create a booth that perfectly matches the needs of its users.
Reduction of speech volume according to ISO 23351-1:2020
The sound level of a conversation held by a person inside the Flathouse pod is reduced by almost half (in dB), while the perceived loudness drops by as much as six times!
This ensures full confidentiality of conversations inside the pod.

additional sound-absorbing surface
Flathouse acoustic booths are available with two types of exterior panels: upholstered or made from natural oak boards.
The upholstered panels significantly improve the acoustics of the room by absorbing ambient noise. Placing an upholstered booth in a space offers more than just an additional meeting area — it also serves as an effective sound-absorbing element.
A single acoustic booth provides sound absorption equivalent to that of five Selva:free panels.
booth availability system
The built-in motion sensor automatically detects the user's presence, activating the corresponding status indicator: red – occupied, green – available.
Once the booth is no longer in use, the system remains active for a brief period, allowing for a full ventilation cycle and air exchange. Only after this process is complete is the booth marked as ready for reuse. This solution not only enhances hygiene and user comfort but also facilitates space sharing in dynamic work environments.

We offer a diverse selection of upholstery materials, including natural wool—perfect for industrial and Scandinavian interiors—recycled plastic fabrics, and easy-to-clean, hygienic materials certified by FiberGuard.
With 17 fabric types available in over 600 colors, it’s easy to tailor the booth to the unique character of any space.
Wide customization options allow choosing not only the upholstery colors but also the type of flooring, table, or one of five media port configurations. Upon special request, we can also prepare a panel for mounting a 32-inch TV.
optimized ventilation system
An efficient ventilation system ensures rapid and effective air exchange, maintaining a high level of hygiene and user comfort.
After the booth is vacated, the ventilation continues to operate for an additional three minutes, allowing for complete air circulation before the next user enters. The entire process is triggered automatically by a motion sensor installed inside the booth.
intuitive touch panel
Flathouse booth is equipped with an intuitive touch control panel that allows users to easily adjust the interior conditions to their individual needs.
Through the built-in panel, lighting and ventilation can be precisely controlled, enabling full customization of the atmosphere inside the booth. The ability to fine-tune both light intensity and airflow gives users complete control over their environment. This solution not only enhances comfort but also allows the space to be better adapted to the nature of the task at hand.

Flathouse acoustic booths are perfect for hybrid work environments – they provide a comfortable space for online meetings, quick team huddles, brainstorming sessions, or phone calls without disturbing others in the office.
In addition to their effective internal sound insulation, Flathouse booths also contribute to improving the overall acoustics of the workspace. Their exterior panels are filled with acoustic fiber, turning the booths into additional sound-absorbing elements within the office environment. This thoughtful design significantly enhances acoustic comfort, particularly in open-plan office settings.
