Backrest seats are part of the Jelly modular seating system. These seats feature an organic shape and provide exceptional comfort, thanks to pocket springs and a carefully designed foam structure. Jelly sofas are available in two configurations — with a straight or corner backrest — offering versatility to fit various spaces.

The collection features four individual modules: a seat with a backrest, a corner backrest, a pouf, and a pouf with a tabletop. Each module, set on legs, can be easily combined with others, allowing for endless configuration possibilities.

This type of Jelly seating is available in three types of bases to suit different spaces and uses.
base on feet - a stable and classic solution, ideal for everyday use
base on wheels - provides mobility and safety thanks to locking mechanism when sitting down
swivel base - increases functionality and freedom of movement

The combination of pocket springs and a carefully arranged foam structure greatly enhances seating comfort. This design ensures that the furniture provides a more enjoyable experience, making sitting even for long periods more relaxing.
sustainable and lightweight design
The seat structure is made from material produced using rotomoulding technology. This ensures high durability while reducing weight by approximately 40% compared to standard materials. Importantly, the material used is recycled, meaning that the production process utilizes existing resources and gives them a second life. This approach significantly reduces waste and lowers the demand for virgin plastics.
practical connectors
Jelly modules with a footed base can be easily arranged into larger configurations using dedicated fastening elements. The quick-assembly mechanism enables smooth connecting and disconnecting of individual segments, allowing for the creation of stable yet flexible setups.

Safety and compliance

Piece of furniture designed for seating. Meets the strength, safety and stability requirements specified in European standards.Do not stand on the product, sit on the armrests, rock on the chair (if not designed for that purpose) or perform other activities not related to the dedicated use of the product which may cause dangerous situations.
tabletops
Not available as a stand-alone item. Do not attach the tabletop to furniture from other collections. For safety reasons, do not stand or sit on the tabletop.

Jelly is a modular seating system designed for dynamic spaces that change function throughout the day. Its soft, organic form, inspired by the shape of a jelly, conveys comfort and ease of use. The concept of “fun with form” encourages natural interaction and flexible use of space – modules can be freely combined and rearranged to create configurations tailored to users’ needs.
Jelly is also a responsible choice: its rotomoulded base ensures durability and resistance to intensive use. No upholstery staples are used, making disassembly and recycling easier, extending the product’s lifespan, and reducing the need for replacement.

Wojciech has been working with Bejot for several years. Its designers specialise in seating forms, acoustic solutions and visual information systems. He carried out projects for a number of leading Polish and foreign brands.
